  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tsp Naturments Black Seed Oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine cooked quinoa, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and parsley in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with black seed oil and lemon juice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, toss well, and serve.
