Herb-Infused Quinoa Salad
A delicious and nutrient-packed salad for a light and healthy meal.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tsp Naturments Black Seed Oil
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Combine cooked quinoa, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and parsley in a bowl.
- Drizzle with black seed oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper, toss well, and serve.
