1. Return Policy

c. How to Initiate a Return

- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for sending the product back.
- Ship the item to the address provided.
d. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
e. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
