    I have been taken black seed oil for about a couple of months. I had heard great thing about it. I personally started taken for the digestive sake and to clear skin due the hard water here.     This is my second purchase of Naturments black seed oil. 1st order was the 8oz liquid . Great taste easy to swallow. Applied it to my face as a rub (you don’t need a lot) what a difference , softer and healthier looking no more dry spots. Have tried other black seed oil products but this one is the best in my opinion. My second go at this product are the soft gel caps , i’m sure I wont be disappointed. It’s a little pricey but worth it to me so I will purchase again
