Electrolyte Hydration Drink
Stay hydrated and replenish lost electrolytes during intense training.
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Naturketo BHB Salt
- 2 cups coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
