  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet and pour 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake.
