c. How to Initiate a Return

2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for sending the product back.
3. Ship the item to the address provided.

d. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

e. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
